101st Session


Starting January 19, 2022, SGA will be hosting their Organization Allocation Orientation (OAO) meetings for SGA student group allocations. Attending one of these meetings is required if your group wishes to request SGA allocations for the spring semester. 

Please note, all of the below meetings will be held virtually and Zoom information can be found on Spartan Connect. 

Organization Allocation Orientation Meetings
Wednesday, January 19: 5:00pm
Thursday, January 20: 7:00pm
Friday, January 21: 5:00pm

Funding Application Information
Applications open: January 24: 8:00am
Application deadline: January 28: 8:00pm

Budget Hearings
Hearings will be held via Zoom during the below dates and times. You must sign up for one of these times when you submit your funding application. 
Saturday, January 29: 9:00am-5:00pm
Monday, January 31: 11:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday, February 1: 11:00am-4:00pm

Please note: you will need to attend one of the meetings above, submit the budget online on Spartan Connect by the deadline, sign up for a hearing as per the committee’s instructions, AND attend the hearing in order to be eligible for funding. Advisors are copied on this email as an FYI, student groups should send student officers to these meetings.
